I was sceptical on this one to start out as I've never crypto mined before. After using it for a few days its running well and earning. However just be aware that you will have to whitelist it with your anti-virus software before it runs. If you use a referral code:

you get a 2x earning rate bonus on your first $4. Its a good boost to get you started. You can add this code in the earn tab at the top, then referrals sub tab, then at the top box you can add the referral.
You can set it up to run automatically and depending on your electricity rates will effect your overall profits. As its something you have to consider when running your PC constantly. I use MSI Afterburner as well to monitor heat levels, boost fan speed and adjust memory clock to increase profit. I leave it running over night due to really cheap night rates. Also worth noting that the more powerful your GPU is the better the earnings.
Also its worth noting some rewards are US only. Which is a pain but some rewards, like lots of the steam rewards are different regions or global activation.
All in all I plan to continue to use Salad.com for the future to come. Its worth trying out.
Update - After a day I got my first steam game through my salad.com earnings. It was extremely easy to do. Code came through my Salad account within a few minutes then activated on my steam account as usual via the add a game on Steam. No problems at all. Looking forward to getting more games soon.

Salad makes mining easier and more user-friendly than it ever has been, offering rewards like gift cards and Discord Nitro codes.
Some mining pools have a minimum amount you must mine before you can withdraw your earnings (around 0.001 BTC on average I believe), but Salad does not, and you can even buy $1 Gift Cards if you wanted to.
One way I can see how they can improve, is to add the option for cashing out Salad balance for cryptocurrency like Stellar Lumens (XLM has a very low transaction fee), however that does not change my rating on Salad.

It's a partial scam. Example: If you mine for 24 hours and got 4$ on Salad. But if you with Phoneix (The same Miner Salad uses) You would get 6$. This means their keeping some of the money. If you actually want to get free stuff just get any different miner then redeem the crypto for real money.

Sempre quis minerar criptomoedas, mas sempre pensei que não valia a pena, que o processo era muito confuso e que danificava o hardware do PC (GPU).
Mas ao descobrir a APP salad.io, a mineração passou a ser tão fácil, que basta um clique para começar a ganhar dinheiro, além disso não há a preocupação com vender criptomoedas nem nada do gênero já que a APP trata de isso pelo utilizador e converte em dinheiro que pode ser usado na loja da app que tem um bocado de tudo o que é necessário.
Tenho a dizer que as FAQS e o Suporte de salad.io é muito informativo e eficiente já que esclareceu-me todas as dúvidas que tive, tais como a do desgaste do hardware e o cálculo de lucros com a mineração, o que contribuiu ainda mais para o meu apreço pela aplicação.
Uma coisa que acho que não está bem implementada são os "OfferWalls", que estão com basicamente todas as ofertas desatualizadas pelo menos para mim.
E também o preço de alguns produtos da loja não estão devidamente taxados pelo que alguns deles são demasiado caros e outros nem possuem taxas relativamente ao preço real, está foi talvez a coisa que mais me intrigou na loja, mas de resto da loja não tenho nada a dizer.
A APP por vezes possui alguns bugs mas consegui resolver todos com o fecho do minerador e da app pelo Gestor de Tarefas do Windows.
Recomendo que usem uma calculadora de profit para verem se vale a pena minerar sequer, no suporte do site encontram inúmeras formas de o fazer, e devem sempre ter em conta que o dinheiro não é grátis, pelo que tem de fazer o cálculo da eletricidade consumida.
